In 2005, starting with an idea of helping people organize their lives and communities organizing their events, Happy Jack Software was born. Happy Jack Software was founded by Mona Gamboa and Jeff Van Baalen and quickly grew into a great team of power house programmers.

Kalendi has evolved from an online calendar application to an enterprise class event management system used by many are chambers of commerce, newspapers, event centers and small businesses alike.
