The Kalendi interface is conveniently organized into different sections.
The
Calendar List section can be found on the left side of the screen and is shown here:

This is where all your subscribed calendars are shown. You can choose to view any or all of your calendars by checking the boxes
next to the calendar names. You can organize the order of your calendars by dragging and dropping them in the place you would like them to be listed.
To the right of the calendar view you are using is the Mini-Calendar. To show this Mini-Calendar click the
Show Mini Month tab extending from the right side of the calendar view. This will expand the tab to show the Mini-Calendar, and clicking the
Hide Mini Month will hide the Mini-Calendar giving you more room to view your events. You can click on an individual day or week to jump directly to the view for that item.
The Mini-Calendar looks like this:

The biggest section on the page is devoted to displaying the
month view of your calendar. You can change the calendar view to day, agenda, or month
by clicking on these tabs:
At the top of the screen you will find the

This section handles all actions such as accessing the user menu, manage company related data, searching for events, moderating pending events, getting help, and logging out.
Note: The
Company Management menu only appears to administrators. The pending events filter icon (displayed in between the search bar and user menus) only appears to those users who are moderators of a calendar.
Below the
Menu Header Bar you will find the

This section is where you can move to future or previous dates in the calendar, change number of weeks viewed, change between calendar views, refresh your calendars and events, and print your calendar. Clicking the
Today button will make the day the calendar is viewing the current date. Also, when changing the number of weeks (1 to 6) Kalendi saves this setting for your next login.
