The Kalendi™ Calendar Widget is a tool that allows you to view and update your online calendar from your desktop.

Installation
This widget uses the Yahoo! Widgets framework. Download the Yahoo! Widget application at widgets.yahoo.com/download. Then, download the Kalendi desktop widget from the "Get it NOW!" link on this page. Need help with installation? Please view the detailed installation help document.

Quick Setup
The Quick Add feature allows you to add events to your Kalendi calendar from your desktop widget. First get your calendar name from "My URLs" in your Kalendi control panel (note: You may only select one calendar for the Quick Add feature, if you try to enter a URL containing multiple calendars the quick add will not work). Now open the widget preferences page by right clicking on the widget and selecting 'Widget preferences'. Then enter the calendar name into the 'Quick add calendar' text field, and enter your Kalendi™ username/password in the appropriate fields in the widget preferences page. Finally select your timezone.

Add Viewable Calendars
By default the widget will use the standard U.S. Holidays calendar, but you can change this to personal calendars by entering your calendar names as View Calendars in the Widget Preferences page. Now you will have all the events from your calendar(s) loaded into the widget.

Troubleshooting the Widget
If the calendar does not show up on the widget, there are a couple of common problems that you should check for.

• Are you connected to the internet?
• Is the calendar URL in the preferences page correct?
• Did you enter the correct username/password?

If none of these things help, try resetting the widget using the reset button in the top left. Also, see the installation and setup instructions PDF on this page.

Installation Directions:

1. Download the zip file for this widget
2. Double-click the .zip file to unzip it
3. Double-click the "Kalendi.wdgt" file and it will automatically install
4. Click the "i" icon in the lower left-hand corner of the widget to edit settings
5. Enter your Kalendi username and password
6. Paste your calendar names in that you want to be part of your Day At A Glance (separate multiple calendar names with a comma)
7. Click "Done" and you're done!
